What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the sofa is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Custom sofas, personalized orders, and sofas with signs of damage, stains, or improper use are not eligible for return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days. Do your sofas come with a warranty? Yes, all our sofas come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, including frame damage, broken springs, and faulty stitching. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, damage from improper use or assembly, or accidental damage. To make a warranty claim, provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect, and we will assess the issue and offer a resolution (repair, replacement, or partial refund) at our discretion.
