All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after placement. This processing period includes order verification, quality inspection of your sofa, and careful packaging to ensure it withstands transit. Please note that business days exclude weekends and major holidays, during which processing times may be slightly extended. We prioritize thoroughness in our processing to avoid any delays or issues during delivery, as we want your sofa to reach you in perfect condition.
We partner with trusted, reliable shipping carriers specializing in large and fragile items to deliver your sofa. Given the size and weight of our sofas, all shipments are sent via freight or specialized furniture delivery services, rather than standard parcel delivery. This ensures that your sofa is handled with the care it deserves throughout every stage of transit, from our warehouse to your home. The shipping carrier will be selected based on your delivery location to optimize both speed and safety.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 5-14 business days after processing is complete. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time. This tracking information will be sent directly to the email address associated with your order, enabling you to plan accordingly for your sofa’s arrival.
We take extensive care in packaging your sofa to protect it from damage during transit. Each sofa is wrapped in thick, protective bubble wrap and durable, moisture-resistant fabric to prevent scratches, dents, or water damage. For sectional sofas or larger pieces, individual components are packaged separately to ensure easier handling and added protection. Our packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of shipping while remaining as eco-friendly as possible, using recyclable materials wherever feasible.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, the size and weight of your sofa, and the selected shipping method. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order, so there are no hidden fees or surprises. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be applied automatically at checkout if your order qualifies. Please note that shipping costs do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders—these are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
Upon delivery, please inspect your sofa carefully before signing for the shipment. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the sofa itself, make a detailed note on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We require notification of any damage within 48 hours of delivery to assist you with resolving the issue promptly, whether that involves a replacement, repair, or refund. Failure to inspect the sofa and note damages at the time of delivery may limit our ability to assist with damage claims.
We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or temporary addresses, as these locations cannot accommodate the size and weight of our sofas. We reserve the right to cancel orders to ineligible addresses and will notify you promptly if this occurs, issuing a full refund.
