Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for eligible Products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the sofa must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. This includes no stains, scratches, tears, or signs of wear and tear on the upholstery, frame, or cushions. Sofas that have been assembled, used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return and will be rejected upon inspection.
Certain Products are excluded from our return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. These include custom-made or personalized sofas (including those with customized upholstery, color, or size), clearance or final sale items, and sofas purchased as part of a special promotion that explicitly states no returns. All excluded items are clearly marked on their respective product pages, so please review product details carefully before making a purchase.
To initiate a return, you must follow the return process outlined on our website. This involves submitting a return request through the designated portal, providing details about your order and the reason for the return, and waiting for confirmation. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package the sofa and arrange for return shipping. Please note that return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or error on our part.
When packaging your sofa for return, it is essential to use the original packaging or a comparable, sturdy packaging material to prevent damage during transit. We recommend wrapping the sofa in bubble wrap and using a heavy-duty box to protect it from scratches, dents, or other damage. Failure to properly package the sofa may result in damage during return shipping, which we reserve the right to deduct from your refund amount or reject the return entirely.
Once we receive and inspect the returned sofa, we will verify that it meets all eligibility requirements. Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days from the date we receive the item. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and the refund amount will exclude any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Exchanges are available for eligible Products within the same 30-day return window, subject to product availability. To request an exchange, you must first initiate a return request as outlined above and select “exchange” as the reason for your return. Once your return is approved and the original sofa is received and inspected, you can select a new sofa of equal or greater value from our collection. If the new sofa is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference in price before the exchange is processed. If the new sofa is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect sofa (e.g., wrong style, color, or size), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item to assist with our inspection. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund, exchange for the correct item, or repair (at our discretion). Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery may limit our ability to assist with defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy. If a return is rejected, the sofa will be shipped back to you at your expense. We also reserve the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time, with updates posted on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
